By exposing you skin to the UV rays, the skin’s connective tissue is broken down which in turn reduces the formation of collagen. Collagen is the connective tissue that holds the shape of the skin together. If the collagen is reduced in the body wrinkles appear.
Above mentioned are some of the causes that result in Wrinkle formation. Therefore people need to take preventive measures to reduce Wrinkles. Quitting smoking and stopping excessive consumption of alcohol is definitely the first action to be taken towards wrinkles.
Try to reduce exposing your skin to the UV rays as much as possible. These rays are responsible for darkening your skin and causing wrinkles. Ultimately there is nothing known as safe sunlight. However you can take precautions by applying sunscreen before stepping out in the sun. It is also advisable to keep your skin protected by the appropriated clothing so that it is well protected from the UV rays and sunlight.
Vitamin D requirements can be satisfied by taking almost any commercially available multivitamin. These work on the skin accordingly avoiding wrinkles.
Going further all preventive measures towards ‘wrinkles are based on each individual’s lifestyle. Wrinkles that are caused due to genetic reasons cannot be tackled. But the rest can take appropriate preventive actions and avoid Wrinkles.
